Mangrove Hiring Fullstack Blockchain Developer – Join a Next-Generation DeFi Project

About the Role
This is not your typical developer position. As a Fullstack Developer at Mangrove, you will be working on both frontend interfaces and backend services—playing a central role in the success of the project.
You’ll be helping to scale Mangrove’s CLOB-as-a-Service branch, which is already white-labelled by top-tier partners such as Oxium, and supported by leading DeFi players.
Key Responsibilities

Build modular and high-performance frontends using React/Next.js.

Integrate frontends seamlessly with backend services and smart contracts.

Design and maintain backend systems in Node.js/TypeScript to support complex trading logic.

Collaborate with smart contract engineers to connect protocol mechanics to user-facing tools.

Research, develop, and implement innovative trading strategies.

Contribute to technical and product direction for Mangrove.

Monitor, test, and optimize production systems in a fast-paced DeFi environment.
Requirements

Proven full-stack Web3 development experience.

Hands-on DeFi and crypto experience.

Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.

Skilled in working with EVM contracts using ethers.js, wagmi, or viem.

Experience with Hono, Ponder, and on-chain data indexing.

Successfully built and deployed live DeFi products with real users.

Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable code.

Autonomous, fast-paced work style.

Fluent in English and partially available during CET hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Smart contract development in Solidity.

Passion for DeFi, trading, or low-level protocol design.
